Guggenheim MM Chicago exit opps?

Their IT Services mm IB group is interviewing right now. Seen a few postings on LinkedIn. I’ve heard their group is fresh but doing pretty well. Not sure how well tho. Anybody heard anything about the group?

Heard that this office is crushing it and that there's great culture. Regarding exits, no clue if anyone has left to go elsewhere or where that might be.

Can confirm that the MM group is absolutely crushing it right now. The senior bankers that started the MM platform/came over to join the MM platform are rainmakers in their respective coverage areas. The culture is great and the deal flow continues to surge. Exits are tough to point to since the group has only been on the street for about 2 years now, but I would assume the exits wouldn't be any worse than Blair/Baird and have the potential to be better.

From what I know from speaking with a couple of them, they have a shit ton of A2A promotes. Like, double-digits. For an office that size, they must do something right to be keeping them around. It's probably too soon to get a clear exit path, but the Gugg name carries weight.

From who I've talked to, awesome people/culture.

Yeah, seems like there haven't been a lot of exits because the analysts haven't wanted to exit -- with all those A2A's, speaks highly of the culture there.
