Generally speaking Guggenheim has better exits. The Chicago office is pretty new for Gugg so unclear how its doing for exits
Can confirm, chicago office is very small (3-4 SA) and has a few ex-blair MDs they poached last year. As such, its primary focus is on MM deals.

That's too broad a question. Be more specific about what kind of group you're coming from, whether it be product or coverage or m&a. They all lend to very different paths.
