http://emma.msrb.org will be where you can find the Official Statement of pretty much all muni bonds. I'll look around to see if I can find any primers on pub fin healthcare. As far as I am aware pub fin healthcare is in a very fragile spot right now as revenues decline and the gov'ts role in these public-private partnerships has come under scrutiny because of budgetary problems. Actually, now that I think of it go to moody's and S&P sites and you should be able to grab their industry reports, grab the most recent ones and give them a read, also you can grab issuer reports/ratings to get an idea of players.
