Help getting pro ER financial models (mining, reits, FIG, O&G, etc)

Does anyone out there have real, professional equity research financial models? I'm practicing as much as I can but I am getting stuck designing models from scratch for more complex companies as all of the templates for the modelling courses I've done have been relatively simple.

What I'm looking for:
-mining financial model for a company that deals in multiple commodities and has multiple mine sites in different jurisdictions (BHP, Rio Tinto, Teck Resources)
-integrated major oil & gas company with several drill sites
-a REIT with a ton of properties (Brookfield, Lexington)
-a major financial institution/bank (Wells Fargo, JPM, Citi)

Can anyone hook me up or point me in the right direction on where I might be able to get my hands on some of these?
