Help me choose between EMEA M&A at Nomura and Consumer Retail at Rothschild?

Guys - need help from veteran monkeys in the jungle!

Could you please share thoughts with regard to long term prospects, exit, pay, culture, team etc.

Both teams have seen lot of attrition, I believe. This is in London for year 1 associate role.

Any insight on the two and how would you choose, would be very helpful.

Thank you.

Would take Rothschild for prestige factor. Will matter an awful lot if you are seeking exit opps.

You know you've been working too hard when you stop dreaming about bottles of champagne and hordes of naked women, and start dreaming about conditional formatting and circular references.
