HL RX vs. Evercore RX

I want to apologize in advance if this post comes off poorly, but I was fortunate enough to get offers from the two firms above for SA2020. I've been deciding for over two weeks now after asking HR for extra time, but I only have a day or so left to decide. I also received an offer from Lazard, but I'm a bit hesitant because I know the program is generalist and I'm only interested in RX.

At this point, I value culture the most. I've heard mixed opinions from people about both firms regarding the hours and the employees, but I'd like to hear what anyone else thinks when it comes to prestige, culture, and FT compensation.

Thank You!

I think the work is different too depends if you want to work on the creditor or debtor side.

That's something I personally haven't decided. I've heard the pros and cons of each, but rather, I just want to best learning experience at this point.
