How consulting firms perceive college leadership positions

Since consulting firms like to see candidates demonstrate leadership on campus, what kind of leadership experience at a target school is enough for a candidate for an entry level role? Would one mid-level leadership position (secretary, treasurer, etc.) in a good club be enough, or would they like to see two or even more than that?

Think less in # and more in terms of impact. To be frank, many applicants will have leadership sections that look more impressive than a single treasurer position. That being said, the impact you can make in the role is most important.

i would be more impressed with a college student who volunteered in the local community, big brother/big sister type stuff...or outward bound as a guide / guide assistant.

just google're welcome
