How long do banks give you to accept a return offer?
How long do banks after your summer internship give you to accept a return. I am looking to recruit again to compare my options but am concerned I’ll be forced to sign before I can even look anywhere.
Interested
Seems like it’s 2 weeks
Usually 2 weeks, most universities have protections in place to require this so ask your career center
They'll give you a signing bonus that expires after a couple of days. If you want to recruit start doing it long before the summer is over. There's only so long you can be "talking to your parents" about the offer before the relationship starts to sour and they realize you're recruiting
How big is the early signing bonus, and do you get it immediately or just when you get your normal singing bonus
At my firm, it is 10k.
Is your normal signing bonus also $10k?
No, my normal signing bonus is 10k. I think the number was actually wrong - my group gives 15k extra for those that sign early and 10k normally. So if you sign early then you get 25k total.
