How long should I wait after a phone interview
I had a 1st phone screening interview and it went really well. The interviewer even told me he was going to recommend me for the position to the decision maker as I showed I was really passionate about the opportunity and the company, and told me I would be contacted within a week or so. Today it's been exactly a week and haven't heard anything yet. If he liked me that much, should not have I been contacted yet? How much longer should I wait until I send them an email following up on my status? I sent a thank you email a day after the interview already. \

I would call them within two weeks.
If you don't hear from him after 2 years send him a quick text.
