So we all know that interns are in a unfamiliar environment on their first internship. We also know that interns are trying stand out and impress ppl.
Well, what are some ways that interns can stand out in a not so positive way.

The best way to not be a tool is to find some jackass the first day and make sure he starts to bother you, like really pick on you and undermine you and harass you and pester you for everything. Then, make sure it keeps escalating to the point that you finally confront him and call him a jealous loser - when he gets in your face and calls you a coward, drop him. But don't stop there, once he's on the ground, go hover over him and continue to punch him about 25 more times.
When the boss finds out, hell probably fire you because the guy is a kiss ass and the boss always sides with him. You'll wonder if you will ever be able to get job again - but don't worry, you will be able to go troll some online forum making dumb posts asking for advice because you're actually not a banker and just some bored high school kid on winter break.

We had one guy who always tried to negotiate with the staffer about what projects he wanted to work on. The staffer would try his best to accomodate for every intern's preferences, but often would assign projects to interns who had availability. Every other intern would readily accept the new staffing and dive into the work, but this guy would always try to negotiate his way out of staffings if they didn't suit his preferences and then after would mutter and grumble about how tedious his staffing was, etc, etc. It came off as a bit douchey, especially as an intern where frankly you're in no position to pick and choose which staffings you want to be on when you're goal is to receive an offer. This guy ended up receiving an offer anyways because he performed well, but that type of behavior is certainly something you want to avoid.
This is not a good example. A douche isn’t automatically a tool
Make sure you don't resemble any sort of screwdriver, wrench, hammer or pliers. That covers most of the basics.
