I'd say know how to read company files (10K, 10Q, etc) and quickly apply the acquired knowledge to fundamental analysis. Being on top of the news in the industry to read the trend is also important.

What parts of fundamental analysis do you think I should focus most on as an intern? Calculating ratios etc?
