If I heard that a kid was sketchy from someone I knew / trusted / who didn't have any vested interest in the situation, I would probably take it seriously. If I heard it from some kid I don't know interviewing for the same position.... probably not.

You can’t do anything about it without severely backfiring on yourself which sucks. If he has any sexual assault charges on his record, it’ll come up through a background check should be get the position - so that’s the only way he could be reprimanded by the bank.
It’s shitty but there’s many finance people (see: people in any industry) who are known sexual predators, he wouldn’t be the first by any means.
I'm a firm believer in karma. I also truly believe that everything happens for a reason. If you're meant to get the job, you'll get it. Remember, you both have an interview so it's on you to be better. If he's meant to get the job, he'll get it. If you're not meant to get it, you won't, but you can always try to get an offer (I know it's waaaaay easier said than done, but what can you do). Karma will catch up, maybe a rape case will stick, maybe he'll get fired, maybe he'll go to jail, who knows. Just focus on what you can control: your interview.
