In tech and want to go back to banking. Need advice.

Hi all,

In summer of 2018, I was in a markets-focused role as an intern. I thought it was an OK experience but I still went through recruiting in August-October to check out other options.

I made the decision to do tech, specifically a mix between doing data science and consulting. I started about two months ago and I am really regretting on leaving banking.

I honestly played myself and I'm unsure of what to do at this point. I'm pretty miserable in my current role. While many of my peers in banking have started to wrap up their training and certifications, I feel lost and behind since I'm not doing any of that right now.

Can anyone shed some light on my situation? Should I apply to a bunch of job openings now meant for college grads? I'd appreciate any and all help. I don't know how bad my situation is and I don't know what to do.
