Incoming Senior Internship Advice- Student-Athlete

Hey whats up guys. I am new to this site and thought this was the best way to get advice from people in the field. Currently a Junior Finance major and football player at Grand Valley State (MI), interested in Financial advising, investment banking, etc. I previously played Division One football at Northern Illinois and due to a quite busy/strict schedule, I have no internship experience or job experience aside from a month of sales at Vector Marketing. I'd consider myself a very hard-working individual and knowledgeable in the finance field. I really think my student-athlete background is beneficial in showing a lot of applicable skills in the business. My only trouble is I am having trouble getting the first internship opportunity lined up. I know I should have done this sooner but I am looking to get a summer internship for this summer. I have interviewed with Northwestern Mutual and New York Life so far. I'm not too hot on the insurance portion of those internships but I figured there is some financial advising experience to be gained in the process along with being paid. What type of companies/positions should I be looking for in my first internship in order to get into financial advising, investment banking, and other wall street like careers. Also worth noting I will be coming back for a 5th year for Football so I will not be in the workforce until the start of 2020, so basically I'd like to get a big time internship at this time next year.
