International Student at Non-Target Liberal School/ Lake Forest College

Hi All,
I'm an international Student./Rising Junior at Lake Forest College (Small Liberal Arts) in Illinois with a CGPA of 3.6. I expect my GPA to rise to a 3.8 by the time I graduate in 2 years after putting in the work. Unfortunately, my freshman year I partied too hard. Additionally, I'm an RA and hold several Leadership positions on campus. My school has a significant amount of alumni who work for F500s and some small IBs within Chicago. However, I would like to break into a big firm/IB because they pad my resume for business school and will aid with the processing of an H1-B Visa in the future. I'm in desperate need of an internship preferably in Chicago for the summer of 2018 hopefully paid. Any advice or suggestions on how I can beef up my resume or network better considering my low GPA.
