Interview with head of group advice?
Hello all,
I recently applied to a FT analyst position at a national CRE broker, and someone I know was able to set me up for a phone call with the head of the group that I applied to. I don' think this will be a boilerplate interview with this person asking me questions like "tell me about a time you worked on a team".
What kind of questions should I expect to receive from a senior level person like this?
What kind of questions should I ask about their team?
What should I strive to make known about myself during the call?
