Spoke to a friend who was working in investment sales and got screwed on commission. He said his agreement with his boss was verbal, does anyone here have a story where they got screwed on commission?
My friend was at a shop where it was only him and his boss and they had moved to a cheaper place because of COVID. It made me think about my situation, is there a way my boss could screw me out of commission being at a pretty big shop (50 brokers) with our agreement in writing (% split breakdown in an email)?
