Is DB that bad?
Just started browsing this forum recently, and I've seen all the DB jokes. My question is, is DB actually as bad as this site would make it out to be?

DB has been hurting a lot since the GFC, but no, it’s not as bad. It’s a BB and lots of kids on here just repeat tired jokes (also true for RBC) because they don’t have anything better to do. I work at a mid tier BB (BAML/Citi/Barclays) so I don’t have any allegiance to DB, but it’s just over done at this point. Worry about getting an offer before passing judgement on a firm.
is CS considered mid tier?
Yes, but most firms are considered “mid tier” because only GS/MS/ and JP (depending on who you speak to) are considered top BBs.
