Is it possible to move from Custodian Bank(State Street) to IB?

I go to school and live in the Boston area and a large prospective finance career option out of undergrad is to work for at State Street.

Will I have any opportunities to move up and out into IB, preferably into a front office analyst position, or would State Street be a dead-end career move?
