Is it standard practice for BB's to send you 'invites' to apply for a position
Been registering profiles and applying like mad (during the past month) and haven't received much feedback - granted it may take quite some time to process. Got the following email from a BB (yeah, I'm clinging to straws, lol). Am i reading too much into it? pretty sure it's standard practice:
"...Our __Graduate Recruiting Team has added you to our talent database and we would like to invite you to apply for the __Programme __ role.
I hope you get a chance to complete the application and we can continue the conversation. I strongly believe that __ could be a great platform company for a person like yourself to unlock your potential, build your network and create lasting and meaningful impact. I hope that you will take the first step and connect with us...."
