Is Stifel's summer analyst program a generalist program?

Stifel Generalist Program Clarification (Originally Posted: 02/09/2015)
SO I know that Stifel's summer analyst program is generalist. I was curious if anyone has any knowledge of whether summer analysts rotate into KBW and Miller Buckfire, or is it just the groups that are part of Stifel and not the subsidiaries?
Have an offer than I'm considering so any information would be greatly appreciated
Miller Buckfire operates independently because the brand of the restructuring practice was good enough that it didn't make sense to absorb into Stifel. TWP is integrated in the form of the tech banking group out in SF. Not sure how KBW plays in...
Thank you for the response. I'm just a little confused because it seems like Miller Buckfire and KBW operate totally separately, but during my super day a few of my interviewers were from KBW and Miller Buckfire, and i feel like it wouldn't make sense for them to be part of the interview process and have a say in who got an offer for Stifel if they would be getting their own interns
Miller Buckfire is separate. KBW is almost fully integrated and can be thought of as Stifel's FIG arm just as you would see at any other firm. KBW has just kept the name because of the value of the brand.
Great, thank you!
