Hey all, I'm currently a junior at a target school. Unfortunately, I still don't have any internships lined up for the summer. Was hoping for IB and consulting but I'm not having any luck. As a result, I'm considering other careers in finance such as AM, PWM, and Corporate Finance. However, I was told it's a waste to attend an Ivy only to end up in Corporate Finance since it's less competitive and I was told it's where school name matter less. What are your thoughts on this, monkeys?

Wouldn't say that corp finance is not competitive necessarily, especially depending on what company
