JP Morgan GPA requirement wont allow me to submit my application?

I tried submitting an application for the FT IB position, but they had the question of "Do you have a minimum 3.2 out of 4.0 cumulative GPA?" and I answered no, the application was then directed to the final step (didn't allow me to continue).
Can I at least get a chance to explain my overall GPA? Do they exclude people from submitting applications based on their GPA? I prepared my cover letter to explain the limitations in my application.I don't wanna lie just to submit my application!
