Does anyone here have any insight regarding the interview process? I received a call today to let me know that I was selected for the program. I have very little experience interviewing with investment banks. I mentioned that my preference would be either research or IBD. Does anyone know how the decision will be made as to which career track I will be assigned? Any help is appreciated.
