Kilroy Realty Corp

Does anyone have any insight on Kilroy Realty Corp? I know they are a REIT/developer that focuses on west coast markets, but their careers tab on their website doesn't offer a whole lot of information. Does anyone know comp, work/life balance, if they use a recruiter or recruit in house, do they only look at students from target schools, do they prefer undergrads or masters? Any information about the company will be helpful. Thanks in advance.

No idea, but just for starters, a handy way to get an idea is LinkedIn - I see a handful of analysts and none of them came in direct out of school, all had experience

edit: i actually see someone, a friend of a friend of mine from college, who did a summer stint at kilroy while in college. target school.

SDRE - I actually came from Kilroy and worked on their development team. Great company, higher than market compensation, but long hours. They're demanding but you work with and learn from some of the best in the industry. They use a recruiter (RETS Associates) and in my estimation they value experience more than which school you went to. Let me know if I can help with any other specific info. Overall, great company to work for!

Any time SDRE. I'm literally brand new to posting on WSO but I've benefited a lot from all of the insight here so I'm more than happy to contribute where I can.
