Lateral Associate Interview Process

Wasn't able to find much content on here regarding the interview process for lateral hires - as some background, I'm in my third year as a senior associate at a MM PE shop. Program is three years and out but I've decided to forgo the B School route. Been in touch with headhunters regarding senior associate positions at other firms but don't have a great sense for what the interview process will entail.

I imagine most of it will cover deal experience, which I can speak to, but should I expect a similar process as incoming analysts (weekend model/case studies)? I've heard of VP interviews involving candidates marking up a purchase agreement or more intellectual exercises like mapping a supply chain for the industry - not sure if this would be expected of me as well.
