Could anyone provide insight into how CD recruiting works in London? Lots of useful information on here but most with focus on the US.
What does the recruiting process look like (eg headhunters vs reaching out to company directly, formal vs informal, structured vs ad-hoc) and how would one go about to identify the best opportunities?
