Looking For Advice - Podcast

WSO is a great place for people to get insight on various topics ranging from advice on dating to starting a business. I have had a little extra free time since the pandemic started and decided to create a podcast for my business. Keep in mind, I am an older guy who knows jack shit about technology but despite my limitations, I decided to give it a go. I did not realize how much work would actually be required to make the effort sound decent. The initial version of the podcast was pretty bad but I have made some adjustments to get it to the point where I think it is okay but certainly there is plenty of room for improvement and that is why I have posted this topic. So far, I have not decided on any long term objectives for this podcast

It would be great, if people could provide suggestions on how to improve the podcast or monetize it. Keep in mind, the typical user of the podcast is looking for free information that can help them pass financial exams. Here it is:
