List of Recruiting Firms and your experiences with them?

Hello WSO community,

I’m switching jobs and would really appreciate any insight on:

1) any recruiting firms

2) how do they operate. For example, I know that they have certain quotas to meet and have interests of their own to pursue collecting data and so on (there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that); however, it would help me tremendously if I know their agenda.

3) Any personal stories or other advice is greatly appreciated.

This post is geared towards fellow members of FP&A with experience; however, any input is greatly appreciated.
