LSE AIC - More info?

Heyy guys,

I'm a student at UCL (London) and got an email today from my Econ and Finance Society about the LSE Alternative Investments Conference that's being held in Jan:

www.lseaic.com

Has anyone else heard of it? It looks really good and I'd really like to apply but it would be cool to know if anyone else is applying/went last year. What do you guys think of it?

I’ve only heard good stuff as well, but I think it’s quite hard to get accepted to, heard they have several hundred applicants for 400 or so places. I applied the other day on their website, looks like they have some really high profile speakers 2012 event so should be really interesting (if I get accepted) :) Has anyone else applied / heard back from them yet?
