Massimo Group Training

Does anyone have experience with the Massimo Group's broker training platform?

There is not a lot out there in terms of reviews and I have not ran into many at all that have tried it. I receive their free email blasts with "tips" but they seem to be a bit generic or bait to buy something from them. I guess that is to be expected from a sales trainer but I was just curious of anyone's experience with the company and their training platform.

I used them when I first started in the business as an associate. The brokerage that I worked for paid for half the cost and the agent (myself) paid the other half. The sessions were about 45 minutes , once a week. They were helpful at times, however they became repetitive as the lessons progressed. I eventually stopped talking the course, but by then I had extracted the right amount of information that I felt was helpful. Another program we used was Paul Roth Methods. It was the same concept.

Paul Roth Methods was good to learn the basics. It was worth it to do Level one. Level two became somewhat repetitive so I didn't feel it was worth the cost at that point. However, there were other brokers at the firm that continued longer in the program. Paul Roth also offers individual one-on-one training. It is significantly more expensive, but a few of the Senior Brokers/Partners where in it when I was starting out.

I'd be interested in hearing some of the key takeaways. What's the most important thing you did differently after taking the course?

I've heard good things about them. They have a group on FB called "CRE Mastery" with a lot of members who've used him. Check it out.

I always look at these coaching/personal development stuff as if you get just one little nugget out of it that helps you close a deal, it's paid for itself ten-fold.

Hey Michelle, keep the money. I bought their new to business broker program, its garbage. The owner has these hour long videos where he goes on and on about nonsense. Honestly Grant Cardone was the best sales training program I've used, but he's not Commercial Real Estate specific. Hope that helps.
