Mentor group application?
I’m fairly new to the industry ( just under 2 years ) but feel like I still have so much more to learn. Looking at applying to the ULI mentor group.. which groups you with 1 older mentor with 5 younger mentees. application is asking what I can contribute and what I expect the other mentees to contribute. I genuinely have no idea what I can contribute??? I thought the main point was to learn from the mentor and the other mentees would be kind of a support group/networking type thing. Any ideas? Or anyone whose been in a similar type of group? Is it worth doing?
It might be easier to discuss what value you can add if we know a bit more about your background. For example:
1. Educational Background
2. Work Background
3. Any unique RE/or related experience?
4. What are you looking for from the mentorship opportunity
