Yes; I have a friend who interned there and said 100% associate return rate too (albeit was a small group to start with).

Also heard about their approach to growth - preemptively shored up cash on balance sheet to avoid any layoffs, and make power-plays in bringing in top talent. Based off the company’s LinkedIn, the strategy rings true.
