Our bank hasn’t given out offers yet. I think later this week or next week. Haven’t heard any word on what return rates are going to be like, but historically they’ve been very high (last year was 100% I think)

Will be interesting because these guys mostly have super high return offer rates historically, but they are also currently getting wrecked by Covid- I know Baird just slashed headcount, heard a rumor Piper did as well. Hopefully they all follow Blair and give all offers but im nervous

Yes; I have a friend who interned there and said 100% associate return rate too (albeit was a small group to start with).
Also heard about their approach to growth - preemptively shored up cash on balance sheet to avoid any layoffs, and make power-plays in bringing in top talent. Based off the company’s LinkedIn, the strategy rings true.
Piper was around 75-80, a bit group dependent but generally returns were solid
Do you know if all offers have been given out already?
No I don’t think all offers are out yet. I know a lot of people heard on Friday and some yesterday, could be office/group dependent.
I know Sandler's internship is still going, so those definitely aren't out yet. Seems like a pretty separate process from the rest of Piper though
