Modelling acquisition of multiple subsidiaries
When acquiring 2 subsidiaries from another corporate should I model it as 2 separate acquisitions or combine the 2 subsidiaries and model it as a single acquisition? (i.e. combine starting balance sheets and then apply acquisition adjustments and transaction funding etc on the combined entity?)
