Anybody have any insight into this firm? Last post was in 2014 and some people spoke highly of the firm while some were critical, so looking to get more info.

i had a first round with them this summer, killed the background and interests parts of the interview, don't think I had any techs, but my concision wasn't great and I got cut. it's a pretty chill place, the people were nice and the recruiter/HR person was really helpful in giving me some feedback afterwards.
Anyone on the recruiting team that you would recommend me reaching out to? Would appreciate any advice.
Just recently work on a deal for Monomoy and had some exposure to the director and associate staffed on the deal. It's very solid deal, management team and the people from the Monomoy seems to be decent to work with.
