Navy - Retired

Immediately after high school I enlisted in the Navy, and worked my way up from the bottom to senior enlisted (E7), then commissioned and promoted a few more times (O3) before making the decision to retire.

I've been interested in Banking since I was young, but had neither money nor grades for college. By the time I had the funds to break out and use the GI Bill, I found that I enjoyed the Navy and had already invested part of my life in it. So, after 23+ years service and with a bachelor's degree in Management, I will retire November 2017.

I'm ready to begin my second career, and I'm curious what recommendations this forum will have based on my age (40) and experience.

Cheers, ladies and gentlemen!
