Networking within target markets
Regardless of which side of the business you're on, how do you keep people up to date about what you're getting done (or trying to get done) in the market? How do you find the relevant people (e.g., cap mkts brokers, leasing brokers, operators, etc.) in your target market(s)?
I was at Eastdil, where we had the benefit of learning who the players were from more senior team members. But I imagine not everyone has that dynamic and not everyone is as active in the market.
