Ok guys, I think we finally got a chat on WSO working...it's a 3rd party option WSO will have to pay for, but hopefully this time the module wont blow up. We are starting with 1 lounge...if it goes well, we'll move to the paid version (ie WSO paying, not you :-) in 1-2 weeks:

its probably because it opens up certain data ports to constantly send/receive information and a lot of IT will close these ports off and try to make you re-route to other ports (on aim or whatever) than what the standard connection is since firms dont like 'open' gateways for info
For me it actually gives a "social networking" error/reason.
