No FT Offers In TX, Waiting To Hear Back From 2 Firms

I was one of the first to interview for both firms (1 BO Role in Houston, 1 Corp Fin/M&A San Antonio) and said it would be 2-3 weeks to hear back for final round. Today's the end of the 2nd week so I'm hoping to hear back by the end of next week

In the meantime, I'm still mass applying everywhere in greater Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. I made this offer a while back, somewhat jokingly, but I'm 100% serious right now. I'm from a small podunk town and refuse to move back. If anyone can get me an interview -anywhere with a salary- in Austin, San Antonio, Houston and if I get the offer due to your referral, I will pay you a few thousand dollars with a combination of signing bonus/few months salary cut.

PM me for details if you're interested

SF_RegWhat school do you go to?

Public non UT/Rice/A&M

No interest in Dallas? I'd say it has more finance jobs than San Antonio or Austin.

Sucks that you only want Texas, two of my uncles are MD's in AM and IBD at top BB's in New York. I could have gotten you an interview at least. Oh well, what a shame.

TheKid1I am about to graduate in two weeks and have nothing lined up as well. Maybe Determined can introduce me to his uncles?
Sorry buddy, it was a joke. I have no family.

Haha I thought you were some kid I just interviewed 2 weeks ago. Would love to help you out but the position my firm is hiring is very specific.

i will pay you 2x what he's paying you. currently in NYC. message me if interested.
