No relevant work experience and I need serious help in reaching my goal of a career in trading

I'm not sure what I should do, I didn't get an internship for this summer.

I'm a part time (night classes) MS in Math student at a local non-target (GPA 3.95). I will graduate in either July 2014 or December 2014 depending on whether or not I can do an independent study. I spend a lot of my time day trading with a chop shop I've been a part of since 2012 and I'm net positive. I can't live on this money though.
I graduated with an Honors from a top 20 public school with a degree in Economics in 2011 (GPA 3.64).

I have no real relevant work experience. I've been trying for 2 years to get an internship in trading and I've failed. Now I'm not sure what to do next. I was thinking of getting another degree, perhaps either UT-A's MSF or Tulane's MNRG and try to break into energy trading. However, I don't know if I'll be able to since I still won't have any real world experience. Somebody told me to try to find a back office role, another told me it could be career suicide. I don't care about the rest of the financial industry though, just trading. I need to find the path that will get me to a trading desk before I die. It's all I care about right now and I'm going all in.

Thanks for your responses.
