Number of MD&As to read

Hi all,

A noobish question, but to get an understanding of a company and its business model, how many MD&As do you normally read in ER? Do you only read the most recent YE MD&A, the most recent quarterly MD&A, or every MD&A released over the past X number of years?

I'm a bit confused whether reading MD&As from years ago holds any value, considering some of the items may no longer be relevant. It also seems like some of the content in the MD&A repeats itself (i.e. risk etc.), unless significant changes are faced to the company.

Sorry if it's a bit of a noobish question but it would be great if I could gain insight into this!
