Has anyone ever heard of Oak Hill Advisors, Tower Research Capital, or GMO (fixed-income side)? I have already read through their websites and searched for information on them through Google but would be interested in learning more about their culture, recent performance, lifestyle / hours, reputation in the industry, etc.
Tower is a big stat arb player and is associated with Lime Brokerage which is an incredibly fascinating company. The founder of Lime Brokerage also started Limewire of internet warez fame. I recall a pretty deep expose in Bloomberg magazine about Lime from a year or two ago.
The Tower offices look really sick. My guess is that this environment is very academic-like: Fewer hours, more flexible schedule (1pm - midnight quant type hours), and probably pretty geeky. Looks cool though.
Oak Hill is a dist credit fund. I am surprised that these two shops are spoken in the same breath. Incredibly different.

They are very good. What do you want to know?
Not to come across as a jerk, but have you done any research yourself?
OHA is great.
