Odd Rejection Letter
Recently interviewed for a job (final round), but got dinged through email. For the most part the email seemed like a pretty standard rejection letter -
"...However, we were impressed with many aspects of your background, and we think that you would be a great addition to [company] down the road. I would like to keep you in mind for future positions with [company]."
- but the "addition to [company] down the road" part threw me off. I think it is just giving me false hope, but is this just part of the standard form rejection letter or is it legitimately odd?
Very odded worded, but it's still a "We will keep your resume on file" letter. At least the company was kind enough to send you a rejection letter...
HR is just pussin' out, afraid they will hurt your feelings. Typical unnecessary miscommunication.
I'd probably just show up with a suit, briefcase in hand, and ask them which deal you should work on.
haha, I'd toss you a SB, but I'm saving them for a rainy day.
Also worked for Kramer.
