So I went through my Final Evaluation and found out that I am still in additional consideration for my offer, and that HR will call my managers for additional feedback about me. I believe my managers all recommended me for the offer, so I am wondering what else goes into the offer decision aside from my manager's input? If my manager's want me back, shouldn't that be the final say?
