On your first day at new job; does HR still call your previous employer?
Hi all, as stated in the thread title.
Say I start at new bank, will they/third party background check call up the previous job I just resigned from?
Start date is soon and I know they (a contracted background check third party) are verifying my previous employer but I checked NO in the place that ask 'you may contact my current employer" (the place I am going to resign from)
Any experience/insight on this much appreciated
