Online Training for Incoming IB Analysts?
I feel like the title is pretty self explanatory but is there a possibility of incoming FT analysts to have training be WFH? I know there are plenty of threads about start dates being potentially pushed back and such but would this be a route banks could utilize to get new hires up to speed despite the pandemic?
Yes of course- there is the possibility. in fact, it is a probable outcome for hires with start dates in June etc. A lot of IBs use online packages anyway and the likelihood is any “face-to-face” training will be conducted remotely.
Thanks for your reply! I know it sounded like a fairly stupid question - was just curious if there was any regulatory bs that required training be conducted in person (esp. relating to licensing exams).
