Opportunity to move from NY to Europe in Structuring/Origination

Hi everyone, I have been lucky enough to receive an offer to join a BB in Europe as a Structuring and Origination Analyst. I am currently working at a top BB in a lending/credit role that mainly does revolvers and term/bridge loans to finance anything from operations to M&A. I have a solid amount of deal exposure and good names/numbers on my resume so far. My long term plan is to work in the U.S, work in Europe, Asia, LATAM, etc, then go into (5 years in the future) B-School and recruit for roles that align with my long long term goals and path (teaching).

I do not really care about compensation, prestige, or exit ops, I only care about being able to have experiences across the world and being a global person. I would like to take the offer but know nothing about living in London, what the role truly is, what are the next steps in terms of my career from this role, and if the move is worth it.

Could someone tell me about what it is like living in London and what the high-finance space looks like?

What is the work culture in the U.K?

What are the exit opps, laterals, or related roles from this job?

What exactly will I be doing? To make a comparison, is this role similar to CMBS issuing where you package cash flows into a security, sell it, and then syndicate it? (My interview process was very simple where the team reached out to me directly and after an hour interview about my background in credit, I was offered the job)

Thanks.
