Anyone at an independent sponsor or smaller AUM PE fund using an outsourced back office solution? If so, anything specific you recommend watching out for when shopping around?
Would be helpful if replies included rough fund size and any specific issues your fund faced when finding a good solution.

Also following - debating doing something similar. Smaller family offices might also have these service providers. Are you thinking PEO (Insperity, etc) or something different?
