Starting full-time in banking this summer up in NYC -any recommendations on what bank account I should look into. Been thinking of either Chase (high accessibility) or Capital One/Ally (no fees + high savings interest rate)

Presuming that you're not keeping any significant amount of money in there, It's tough to beat Chase for how well they've blanketed Manhattan. I have no ideas about service though. Personally momentum has kept me with TD since the old Commerce Bank days, although the two closest banks/ATMs are a 10 minute walk from work, and there's a Chase ATM downstairs. Home's even worse. I need to go the next town over into a sketchy neighborhood for a branch, and they stopped taking care of ATM fees from using other ATMs, even though I'm pushing towards $100k in savings with them.

The only difference between Asset Management and Investment Research is assets. I generally see somebody I know on TV on Bloomberg/CNBC etc. once or twice a week. This sounds cool, until I remind myself that I see somebody I know on ESPN five days a week.
