PGIM RE Chicago

Does anyone have insight into their Chicago office? The role would be on their equity team for a junior position. Any info is appreciated and want to know how it compares to other offices (like LA and NY). Thanks

Equity team in Chicago is small. But they’re fairly close with each other and have lunch together. PGIM RE on the equity side is also “small” in LA and NYC. Their biggest offices are in Madison, SF, and ATL

If you're thinking of acquisitions, there is no team on the equity side in Chicago. There is a Debt Team and operational/management roles. From my understanding there is only AM roles in Chicago that are considered "Equity" side since the asset is already owned, hence on equity side.
